We offer Tai Chi for those looking for a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body.


Senior Master John Carlton

Master John has 45 years of practice of Tai Chi. He is a certified Instructor of the United States of America WCCCTCC Yang Family under Grandmaster William CC Chen. Master John is certified with 60 movements of Short Forms/Long Forms/Sword Form, Push Hands, Applications and Sparring. Master John is a lifetime resident of Seymour, IN and is excited to share his knowledge of Tai Chi.
